The Duke's Head was taken over by Hugh Crossley
and Head Chef Brad Salazar in March 2004. Together they have worked
hard to produce a seasonal Suffolk monthly menu using ingredients
supplied largely from, or near, the estate. The food is fresh
and excellent, and there are a number of Suffolk real ales on
offer. And, over the abore the food and beverage, the Duke offer a great atmosphere. The
Duke is a pub with a great atmosphere for locals and visitors
alike. Maggie Rudd has been behind the bar for over ten years
and together with her staff, runs a very happy 'boozer'. So you
can be assured of a good time.
