Home-cured duck ham, liver pâté, apricot puree, fine beans, pickled cranberries

Crab risotto, crab cake, apple

Wild mushrooms, watercress panna cotta, mushroom ketchup, brown butter toasts 


Côte de boeuf to share, parmentier potatoes, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, shallots, béarnaise sauce

Seabass fillet, crispy potato, “Caesar” charred gem lettuce

Roast baby beets, lightly spiced lentils, goat’s cheese croquettes, marinated beetroot, toasted pine nuts


Dark chocolate mousse, sour cherry & pistachio cake, cherry ice cream, vanilla yoghurt

Rhubarb & stem ginger trifle, chamomile, almond, honeycomb

Snowdonia cheddar, Eccles cake, apple chutney
