Crossley Carpets
Nick Crossley is the last remaining member of the Crossley family to live and work in Halifax manufacturing traditional carpets, using exactly the same 'Brussels loop' technique that helped build the Crossley carpet empire in the 19th century.
Nick is currently designing and manufacturing a bespoke carpet for the old dining room in Somerleyton Hall due for completion in April 2009.
Carpets can be made to order with designs drawn from our extensive archive dating from 1803. If you would like further information pleae contact Nick via avena@btconnect.com.
