The Fritton Lake Woodland Lodge Development is situated within the grounds of Somerleyton Estate and comprises 45 eco-friendly lodges dotted in the mature woodland along the edge of East Anglia’s most beautiful stretch of water, Fritton Lake.
Holiday rentals or sales
Lodges can be rented as holiday accommodation for short and long stays and there are number of lodges available for sale (either on a full or shared ownership basis).

About the Lodges
Every lodge has superb views of Fritton Lake or mature woodland and offers comfortable accommodation with one, two or three bedrooms, its own kitchen and bathroom fitted with all modern conveniences. The woodland lodges can accommodate two to six guests with a minimum stay of three nights required. The honeymoon lodge sleeps two and can be booked for one night only. High levels of insulation and efficient heating enable all-year-round use.
Location
Secluded and hidden away, the lodges are located on the edge of Fritton Lake at the far north end of the 5,000 acre Somerletyon Estate adjoining a golf course.
