Benefits of ownership
Fritton Lake is a private holiday resort with a pioneering thousand acre re-wilding project where adventurous play and lake based activities and great food exist in perfect harmony with nature. The resort forms part of the prestigious Somerleyton Estate just a stone’s throw from the Norfolk Suffolk coastal border.
The open weekends will allow those in the market for a holiday home, the opportunity to experience just what the resort has to offer and the benefits of ownership - no stamp duty, no second home tax and potential rental income - and to view the different options and cabins on offer including Hill Wood, ShedRooms and Fritton Hall Retreats.
Open weekends are taking place on the following dates between 9am and 4pm:
- Friday 17 & Saturday 18 August
- Friday 21 & Saturday 22 September
- Friday 2 & Saturday 3 November
The Fritton Arms
The club house is known as The Fritton Arms and offers fine quality food and drink, with fresh produce from the estate and a team of excellent chefs producing delicious food. We have a new heated outdoor pool in a stunning setting, lawn and clay tennis courts, walking and running trails, wild open water swimming, stand-up-paddle, kayaking, cycling, pony treks and lots more to see.
Fritton Lake Holiday Resort is located close to the coastal resorts of Great Yarmouth and Southwold and the pretty market towns of Beccles and Bungay and just 30 minutes from the historic cathedral city of Norwich, also famed for one of the best shopping experiences in the United Kingdom.
