We were delighted to hold the presentation of the prizes sponsored by Lord Somerleyton for participants in this years Beccles Cycle for Life (for sponsored riders in the charity cycle ride in May).
Lord Somerleyton presented the first and second prizes for raising the most sponsorship. Brian Bennett won dinner, bed and breakfast at the Fritton Arms and Sue Brooham won dinner at the Duke’s Head at Somerleyton. Well done Brian and Sue!
The ride was the seventeenth annual one organised by the Rotary Club of Beccles to raise funds for East Anglian Air Ambulance and other charitable purposes. Planing is already underway for next year’s event which will take place on 12th May.
